Leadership consulting –

Learn2Lead develops programmes to meet the requirements of the School or organisation.  Learn2lead also provides consulting to Schools. Due to the company working with many Schools we are able to advise on leadership models which have proven to be successful.  There are many leadership models and we assist the School to find the right model and advise on how to implement the model.

1 or 2 Day Learning to Lead Programmes – Learn2Lead’s 1 or 2 Day programmes are fun, fast and vibrant.  The programmes cover values as well as giving all learners the opportunity to lead a Team in activities.  No lecturing takes place. Leadership models are introduced through the evaluation process after each activity.

Camps – We provide both leadership development and team building camps for small  and large groups.  We have a very beautiful and comfortable, low cost facility, situated on the banks of the Vaal River which is suitable for small groups of students and  for larger groups we source appropriate venues according to the needs of the school.
