Learn2lead’s primary focus is to work with Schools in developing and implementing leadership programmes. Most Schools do not have a strategy for Leadership development and therefore do not have programmes in place for developing leaders.
Learn2lead assists the School in understanding leadership in the School environment, developing short and long term strategies as well as providing training programmes to help the School achieve the Leadership goals.
Learn2lead also runs camps at our own venue on the Vaal River or secures suitable venues in order to achieve the objectives
